UX Designer Intern | The Butler’s Pantry

During the internship I am bringing to the company a user-centred vision to the recently developed website. Our main focus was to improve the IA and the content strategy.
Followed the design thinking process to gain the further insights of our users. Competitive benchmark, online survey, user interviews, and usability test were the methods chosen to do our research.
Developed the affinity diagram and customer journey map to better analyse the data collected from our research and redesign the flow diagram of the website.
Wireframing and prototyping to validate the design assumptions.
